Before signing the shipping receipt at the time of delivery, carefully open the package and inspect all items for any damage or defects. Should you notice any damage or defects, note them on the shipping receipt and refuse delivery before delivery person leaves. Please notify us immediately. 
 
 
Standard Return Policy 

1. All items can be set up for return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund .(After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse the purchase price of the item. For returns set up after 30 days SurplusDecor.com at its own discretion may grant a credit of up to 50% of the item’s value.

2. After your return is set up, your item must be received back in the SurplusDecor.com warehouse within 15 days.
 
3. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with shipment. If the returned item will not be returned in such condition restocking fee of 15% to 25% will apply. SurplusDecor.com has the right to refuse refund/exchange for any product that is not sent back in same shape/form as it was delivered. In all cases for your protection, the goods must be adequately packed in the original packaging to prevent damage. Merchandise must be shipped back via major freight/carrier, such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc. All return shipments must be fully insured. Please ship all returns and exchages to:

4. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase. Please allow 10 days for processing your return once we receive it.
 
Oversized Items Return Policy
 
In addition to Standard Return Policy the following applies to oversized items
If you refuse delivery, miss your delivery appointment(s) or return a non-defective or undamaged product, you will be charged for actual return shipping costs. Items returned as damaged or defective are inspected and tested upon arrival. Return shipping fees can range from $150 to $300, depending on the size and weight of the product.
 
Damaged Goods

If goods are delivered to you in a damaged condition we will refund or replace the product(s) free of charge providing we are notified within 3 business days of actual or attempted delivery. Our Customer Service department will be happy to arrange this service.

Cancellation

SurplusDecor.com approves all cancellations that are made before product(s) is shipped. If order is already in transit, customer may still cancel and receive refund but will be held responsible for all shipping charges applicable in returning product(s) back to us.
