SurplusDecor.com Shipping Policy

We ship most orders in 1-3 business days. Oversized items require slightly longer ship-out time due to nature of freight carrier's pick-up scheduling.

We use all the major carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS. Customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice.

On a very rare occasion there may be unforeseen delays in shipping your order. We will notify you via email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated on each item's product page.

Standard Shipping: Most ground shipped packages are delivered within 3-10 business days from the day they are shipped.

Expedited Shipping: All items that qualify for expedited shipping will have these shipping options displayed at checkout. Some items are unable to be expedited due to the size of the item and/or destination.

PO Box Shipping: Most items cannot be shipped to a PO Box, since we require adult's signature as proof of delivery. If you still require your order to be shipped to a PO Box please contact our Customer Support department at support@surplusdecor.com to arrange for an alternative proof of delivery methods.

APO/FPO Shipping: Most items can be shipped to APO/FPO destinations. Items are usually delivered to the US military post office within 5-10 business days after they ship.
