My whole experience with Surplus Decor has been fabulous! The Customer Service was so polite and helpful when I called to place my order. They answered all my questions. The Shower Enclosure was received with no hassles in the shipping and it looks great!

As they say, ONE GOOD TURN DESERVES ANOTHER and I would be remiss if I did not recommend Surplus Decor Not only was the shower enclosure everything that they described, but it was delivered 5 days early AND I WAS NOT CHARGED FOR SHIPPING.  The delivery service also made sure to open all the boxes, without being asked, to insure that nothing was broken and everything was included.  Moreover, the price of the enclosure was at minimum 60 PERCENT LESS than I was given by local bathroom distributors.  If needed, I will definitly check out Surplus Decor BEFORE I start shopping around.

We are very pleased with this shower enclosure. It looks great in our new bathroom, and quality is solid. Feels like a real shower enclosure, not like the usual flimsy modulars. No leaks once you seal the bottom casings. Definitely a good buy.

I purchased the frameless shower and a shower pan. I didn't look closely enough and ordered the wrong pan (right vs left). When my contractor told me I got the wrong one, I used the on line chat, they sent me the right one the same day and sent a return pick up for the wrong one. I am very happy with both the shower it looks great at half the cost, and customer service.

I picked up this frameless shower from the warehouse because I needed one right away. It was installed yesterday and I am very happy with the way it looks and feels. Glass is very thick and sturdy. Hardware looks great as well. Will definitely buy another frameless enclosure from these guys when I'll be doing my second bathroom.

I was not sure about ordering such an item online...but boy was I wrong! I just got it installed last week and we are very happy with it. The frameless look is amazingly simple yet very beautiful. Glass is quite thick and durable. The only issue we've had was that one of the hinges was missing, but customer service express-mailed it to us, so installation was not delayed. I would buy from this company again.
