Lights - Did not work; VIGO mfr - 5 calls February 11, 2009 Reviewer: Anonymous person from Mentor, OH United States   My contractor said it was one of the best made hoods that he had installed.  Worked with a 7 foot ceiling/soffit.  The hood was fantastic (5 stars) if I would have filled this out in the 1st month.  Then, the lights stopped working.  When I tried to find help, SurplusDecor.com could not do anything.  The manufacturer, VIGO, had nothing on its web site.  Called VIGO 4x times...each time I was told that parts were going to be sent...today was my 5th call...again I was told it was going to be sent (asked for manual/instructions In my previous calls, I was told it would be included...this last time, I was told that one was not available.  If I finally received something and I can repair it, then my rating will change...until then...
