I purchased the frameless shower and a shower pan. I didn't look closely enough and ordered the wrong pan (right vs left). When my contractor told me I got the wrong one, I used the on line chat, they sent me the right one the same day and sent a return pick up for the wrong one. I am very happy with both the shower it looks great at half the cost, and customer service.

Spectacular Frameless Shower |

I just finished installing this frameless shower enclosure in 32x47. It looks spectacular! Installation was fairly easy. I just followed step by step installation instructions that came with the unit. Pan is quite sturdy as well. We received it in 7 days after placing an order. Will definitely shop here again. Thanks.

This shower went way beyond my expectations! It is made of high quality, thick glass and stainless steel hardware. I ordered it in 32x47 without base so I can't comment on the quality of base. I had a few questions during installation but resolved all of them with a single phone call to tech support. It looks very solid and stylish. It arrived in 4 days after I placed in order.
