When I used online help I got all my answered and received more detailed installation instructions I requested e-mailed me within 24 hours. Very impressive and much unexpected! nice set September 13, 2009 Reviewer: Eddie Akayan from Rathdrum idaho   This is good choice for bathroom for a quality, easy installation and very cheap price as far as outstanding bathroom sets go. Its made of nickel, meaning your grandchildren will still be able to use it when they grow up. A high end piece. August 12, 2009 Reviewer: Jane Stanton from Portsmouth, Virginia   Product is heavy and well build. It was received without any flaws, excellent wrapping and shipping. Installation was not a problem. My husband  has done plumbing before and was impressed with instructions.  It works well and looks very authentic and designer made. The tub spout alone must weigh about three pounds! This was my first time ordering from SURPLSUDECOR.COM and am extremely pleased. My friend recommended them to me and now I am recommending them to you all. You will not be sorry. Service is courteous astaff is friendly.  Order transactions are easy to follow and really secure.  I am sure I will be back for one of those amassing vessel sync for my bath.
